Handyman

• 20% discount applied for work booked and completed in January, only.
• Hooks, nails, materials etc to be supplied by the customer. If needed, H&G can provide these items and charge you on the day.
• Any spare parts will be an extra charge.
• Specific parts/materials are all subject to availability in the UAE.
• On arrival at your property, H&G will go through the list of work provided by the customer to reconfirm the time it will take. If H&G thinks it’s going to take longer than the paid for time, H&G and the customer will agree on the additional hours and a cost of AED 120 an hour will be charged on the day. The H&G team will let the customer know as soon as possible about any unforeseen or major work required. A quote can be given on request.
• Additional out of hours charge of AED 50 applies to services bookings made on Friday’s, public holidays and between 19:00 – 06:00 Saturday to Thursday. Out of hours needs to be booked at least two hours before the start time of the job.
• If the service is cancelled by the customer less than four hours before the allocated time, no refund will be given. If H&G needs to cancel the job for reasons such as NOC or permits requirements, access to the property etc, no refund will be given.
• Handyman services in areas within the property that cannot be accessed through normal means, i.e. with standard ladders, safely or can cause potential damage to the property, are excluded from this service and will be classed as a separate job. A quote for this can be given on request.
• All bookings should be paid for in advance on the H&G website using a credit or debit card.
