Hitches & Glitches is the first and only home maintenance company to partner with DEWA for the ‘DEWA Store’ smart app, providing customers with exclusive promotions for a range of services
Hitches & Glitches (H&G), the UAE’s technology-driven home maintenance company, has announced its new partnership with DEWA. As part of the collaboration, Hitches & Glitches will offer customers of the ‘DEWA Store’ a range of home maintenance services with exclusive discounts and benefits, designed to meet the every need of home owners and tenants across Dubai.
DEWA’s smart app, the ‘DEWA Store’, was launched with the aim of allowing its customers to redeem a range of professional products and services from different outlets. Other added value benefits for DEWA Store customers include special rates on key home maintenance and moving services – from the convenient ‘move-in move-out’ and deep cleaning services, to the more intricate water tank cleaning services, which are required by law to take place every six months. Other smart products like the Ring camera, which enables doors to be ‘answered’ from anywhere using an iOS or Android device, as well as Hitches & Glitches’ annual maintenance packages, will also be offered at preferred rates.
